Chris Swan, Ph.D., is the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Curriculum Development and an associate professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Tufts School of Engineering. He also holds an appointment at the Jonathan M. Tisch College of Citizenship and Public Service. His current research interests lie in the areas of engineering education, waste reuse, and unique soil behaviors.
