Lisa Freeman, DVM, PhD, DACVN

Dr. Freeman heads the Nutrition Service at the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University. A board-certified veterinary nutritionist who also has a Ph.D. in human nutrition, she teaches veterinary students, practitioners and pet owners about proper feeding for their animals. She also performs research on the nutritional effects on heart disease experienced by both small animals and humans.
