Pedro Angel Palou, Ph. D., is an associate professor in the department of romance languages in the School of Arts and Sciences at Tufts University. He is a specialist in Mexican and Latin American literature and has published more than 40 books on history and literature. Among his many accomplishments, he is an award-winning novelist, a former host on the History Channel, president of the Universidad de las Americas (2005-2007), founder and director of cultural magazines Revuelta and Universidad, as well as Literary and Culture Review: Revuelta, Revista Latinoamericana de Pensamiento.
