Francine Jacobs, Ph.D., is an associate professor with a joint appointment in the Eliot-Pearson Department of Child Study and Human Development and the Department of Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning (UEP) in the School of Arts and Sciences at Tufts University. She has been a program evaluation consultant to numerous community-based child and family programs. She is co-Principal Investigator of the Massachusetts Healthy Families Evaluation and is Principal Investigator of the Massachusetts Health Passport Evaluation.
