Andrew McClellan, Ph.D

Andrew McClellan, Ph.D., is a professor of art and art history in the School of Arts and Sciences at Tufts University who is trained in European art of the early modern period (primarily 17th-early 19th centuries). Professor McClellan is knowledgeable about painting, sculpture and architecture as well as the historiography and institutions of art. Ongoing research projects include a study of Paul J. Sachs and his museum course at Harvard University.
