Ayesha Jalal, Ph.D.

Ayesha Jalal is the Mary Richardson Professor of History in the School of Arts and Sciences at Tufts University. Professor Jalal is also the Director of the Center for South Asian and Indian Ocean Studies. She has also held a joint appointment in the History Department and the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy since 2003.
