Mitch McVey, PhD., is an associate professor of biology in the School of Arts and Sciences at Tufts University. The McVey laboratory studies molecular mechanisms of DNA repair and recombination using Drosophila melanogaster as a model system.

Professor McVey can speak about:

  • DNA repair and cancer
  • DNA repair and aging
  • Molecular biology and genome engineering
  • New models for DNA double-strand break repair
