Babak Moaveni, Ph.D., is an assistant professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Tufts University. His research interests include topics in structural engineering such as vibration-based structural health monitoring, system and damage identification of civil structures, structural dynamics, earthquake engineering, structural reliability and risk analysis, and the verification and validation of computational models.
