Dr. de Laforcade is on the Emergency and Critical Care team and helps manage the Trauma Center at the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University’s Foster Hospital for Small Animals. As a criticalist certified by the American College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care, she cares for sick and injured animals that require 24-hour care and advanced monitoring.
Dr. de Laforcade can speak about:
- Emergency animal medicine
- Trauma injuries experienced by animals (e.g. disasters, fires and abuse)
- Blood clots (coagulation)
