Marcia Boumil, M.A., M.S., J.D., LL.M., is Associate Professor of Public Health and Community Medicine and Assistant Dean for Conflicts of Interest Administration at Tufts University School of Medicine.  She is also the Director of the dual Juris Doctor / Master of Public Health Program, a collaboration between Tufts University and Northeastern University School of Law. She teaches several courses in the field of law, policy and ethics to medical and public health students.  She has published numerous legal and public health articles and books, most recently related to conflicts of interest administration at academic medical centers and the intersection of FDA regulation and the First Amendment.
