Jane Bernstein, Ph.D., is the Austin Fletcher Professor of Music in the School of Arts and Sciences at Tufts University. She has also served as President of the American Musicological Society and was elected a Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences in 2005. She is currently working on a book about music print culture in Renaissance Rome.
